QUAD - ONE EIGHT ONE

Our architect developer client, Quad, briefed us to create the identity and marketing materials for a landmark building of 13 apartments being built in Richmond, London. We took an unassuming name, 181, (part of the address of the existing building) and gave it the ‘classic with a twist’ identity treatment to create an exclusive feel and a sense of intrigue. The embossed and foiled glossy brochures have a sumptuous quality, whilst the banners and hoarding we designed highlight Quad’s signature high specification. Marketing activity has already attracted so much attention that half the apartments have been reserved off-plan.
