QUAD
Award winning architects with studios in London and Wales, Quad are one of the UK’s only architect-led residential developers. We fell in love with their buildings’ strong modernist lines, honest materials and attention to detail. Working with the team, we helped strategically reposition the Quad brand, uniting the architectural practice and property development aspects of the business under a single positioning: Future Classics. This reflects the enduring quality of their buildings. We then designed a new identity, conceived as a tab that can work in conjunction with their individually branded developments and featuring a bespoke logo based on modernist typography.
